With only a week left until school starts (where did this summer go???) we are trying to squeeze in the last of our fun activities. We have definitely made good use of the pool this summer.
Brooke is a great swimmer and she frequently goes off the diving board but usually just jumps. Today I encouraged her to actually dive off the board so she could say she had done it this summer (she wasn't scared of diving...she was nervous about looking silly in front of everyone if she didn't dive perfectly).
Her first dive ever was amazingly great....near perfect in fact!
She marched right up...
got on the diving board...
got herself into diving form...
and did it...
Awesome!!!!
The Nowak family will miss their pool time....it's a bummer it closes so soon. 'Cause we all know it's gonna be hot enough to swim outside for a few more months to come.

Who did you convince to take the pool picture? Did they think you were a crazy family? POOL-IES? I am just jealous-- we only have a kiddie pool... School is gonna bring new excitement. Brooke has GREAT form...love ya guys!
