Graduation

You cannot know the pride, overwhelming joy and the number of happy tears you can shed until you see your child reach a major life milestone. (Look out when he graduates from college and then again when he gets married...I make no promises about my behavior on those days).

Watching Miles graduate from high school today was an amazing moment in our lives. If you know that this boy attended four different elementary schools in 6 years, two middle schools in three years, and one high school (lots of moves courtesy of the US Coast Guard) and still managed to skip a grade and graduate just after turning 17,  then you will know what an intelligent, driven and conscientious kid he really is. He has rarely complained about all the moving and the making of new friends, always tried his best and given at least 110%, has graduated from high school with an entire semesters worth of college credits under his belt and was accepted into many colleges and universities.

Miles...we love you!!!
