Life on the ranch..

So here are Brooke and I trying, with much patience, to find the high speed internet service which was one of the things promised in the deal here at "the ranch".  As you can see it is quite picturesque.  We have been happy with our view and with the slight breeze that seems to come each day keeping the 98 plus temps completely manageable.

Now as it happens we did find a great spot where we get awesome internet.  Unfortunately, I kid you not..swear to goodness...it's in one of the bathrooms.  Luckily we have two bathrooms so we've modify this one to be a toothbrushing station/internet cafe.  Note my swanky desk..one of those groovy pedestals that was holding up some "fancy" art piece.  I promise no other restroom business is happening in here...only toothbrushing and surfing the web.  And I have, since this photo, found a regular chair to sit on.

Oh yes, I can tell that this adventure is just getting started. In other good news, it seems the sellers of the house may want to bump up the close date a week to our originally requested date.  If so, we'll be outta here sooner than I imagined and I'll be saying goodbye to my sweet office here. And yes, that is a tan I am getting!
